Château Brown Blanc Pessac Léognan 2021
Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc | Sémillon
13.5%
This is Brown's top white wine. Raised in French barrels for eight months, expect gorgeous notes of grapefruit pith and and lick of pineapple. This is mineral and concentrated, with delicious aromatic profile and length on the palate.
Château Margaux «Pavillon Rouge» Margaux 1990
Cabernet Sauvignon | Merlot | Petit Verdot | Cabernet Franc
12.5%
This is the second wine from the infamous first growth estate, which shows a slightly more youthful and approachable side to Margaux. Don't worry, with 30+ years under its belt, this beauty still has so much to give; showing off notes of black truffle, earth and spices underpinned by attractive red and black fruit character and tension from top to bottom.
Nicole Tapon Saint-Émillon Grand Cru 2005
Merlot | Cabernet Franc | Cabernet Sauvignon
13.5%
2005 was a cracking vintage for Bordeaux, exemplified in this powerful yet elegant red. This is juicy and ripe, with layers of complexity and notes of leather and red plum. Silky tannins and a dusting of sweet woody, vanilla spice.
Château Potensac Médoc 2017
Cabernet Sauvignon | Merlot | Cabernet Franc | Petit Verdot
13%
Elegant, polished and lifted, with notes of bramble fruit and graphite. This is a sexy wine, playful yet serious and not afraid to show off its curves in its youth. It's nice to get stuck into a red Bordeaux that you don't need to lay down for a few years.
Château Pédesclaux Pauillac 2018
Cabernet Sauvignon | Merlot | Petit Verdot | Cabernet Franc
14.5%
Freshness and elegance personified, this is a pretty classic blend of Bordeaux's grape varieties, characterised by dense notes of violets and damson, with a slightly firmer accent of graphite and pencil shavings.
Château Nenin Pomerol 2013
Merlot | Cabernet Franc
13.5%
This pup has over a decade of age to it, and it's all the better for it! Jammy, tar-y, brooding black fruit dominates p top, with brighter notes of dried strawbs and red fruit on the palate. This is silky and supple, with a lick of funk and dried mandarin notes on the finish. Intriguing and totally delicious!
